Liz is an associate of Values Based Leadership and is a highly experienced executive and leadership coach, management and leadership trainer. She has 20 years experience in businesses leading and managing teams across diverse industry sectors including retail, financial services, HR and banking. Liz has designed and delivered leadership and management development programmes and has worked in a variety of global organisations in Europe, North America and The Middle East. She is a qualified corporate and executive coach mentor with a special bias towards leadership fulfilment; helping leaders to understand their impact on others; and getting the best out of their teams. She has worked in a variety of industries, both developing and delivering, and facilitating programmes in management and leadership development and team coaching. In her previous career Liz held a number of senior HR Business Partner roles with FTSE 100 companies. The transition to leadership and development was a natural progression and enables Liz to do what she most loves- helping leaders and managers be at their best. Liz has delivered and often designed many leadership development programmes including areas such as Managing Change, Project Management, Communicating Persuasively, Managing Conflict,Preventing Bullying and Harassment, Leading and Getting the Best from Teams. She has been responsible for developing and presenting numerous business cases whilst working as an in house Senior HR Business Partner. She has also worked 1:1 with managers and leaders on handling difficult situations / managing difficult conversations.
