Chris is an Associate of Values Based Leadership and has over 35 years operational experience as a senior manager and CEO in public and not for profit organisations. He has particular expertise in the areas of governance, setting strategy and implementing major change and works both with third sector and public sector organisations where executive and political leadership is challenging. He now works as a facilitator and coach, is a Non-Executive director within the NHS and has a sustained commitment to developing and seeing through change within complex organisations.
