John is Managing Director of Values Based Leadership. He works with clients to design and deliver tailor made leadership development solutions and is an experienced coach and mentor. John has worked with Senior Executives in global organisations for the last 16 years to enable them to develop their leadership style, impact and lead significant cultural change in their organisations. He also has extensive experience in working with groups of cross cultural leaders.
Director of Coaching
As Director of Coaching at VBL, Karen specialises in leadership development and coaching of senior managers in national and global companies. Karen has 25 years experience leading and managing teams. In the last 15 years, she has focused on learning and development, leadership, coaching and mentoring. The move from mainstream management to learning and development came from her ambition to enable people to be the best they can be and to enjoy the work they do.
